Accompanying persons can be registered together on the same registration as the conference participants. In case the source of financing for a conference participant and an accompanying person is different, the accompanying person should be registered separately by selecting the appropriate category in the first registration step (accompanying person instead of participant). The registration fee for Accompanying person includes admission to the ice-breaker, concert and gala dinner.

All request for refunds cancellations must be notified in writing to the cagg2019@agh.edu.pl
For any cancellation received before July 31, 2019, refund will be made after deducting an agency fee of € 50,00 (200PLN). For any cancellation received after July 31, 2019, no refund will be possible even if the participant does not attend the conference. Refunds will be handed back after the conference.

All bank transfer costs must be covered by the attendees. If the amount received is less than the due fee, you will be informed in advance and you will be asked to transfer the balance immediately. Please remember to put in the bank transfer title conference abbreviation "CAGG2019" and your name nad surname. Payments made on-line by credit card will be charged an additional bank fee of 2%.

4. Your data will be processed in order to organize and hold CAGG2019 conference, including communication in connection with participation in the above-mentioned conference.
5. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is article 6, paragraph 1, point b) GDPR - processing is necessary to conclude a contract whose subject matter is registration and participation in the CAGG2019 conference;
6. The recipient of your personal data in terms of your name and surname will be the entities with whom we cooperate in the organization of CAGG2019 conference (hotel, etc.);
7. Your data will be kept for the period necessary for the proper organization and settlement of the conference - 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the conference was organized.
8. You have the right to access to your data and to correct (rectify), delete or limit processing.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Office (to the address of the Personal Data Protection Office – Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. 10. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.
11. Providing AGH with personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the implementation of the contract, which is the subject of registration and participation at the CAGG2019 conference. The consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to participate in the abovementioned conference.
