ABSTRACT INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
The abstracts must be written in English, must be relevant to the conference topics specified above, must be original and must have not been submitted for publication or published before in any paper or electronic form.
The abstracts should report on the projects completed at the time of submission and should not refer to plans or ideas that are still only in the mind of the author(s) or to research projects that are still highly immature.
Titles should be short (max. 200 characters) and consistent with the content. Each abstract must contain: introduction, description of materials and methods, presentation of the results, discussion and conclusions illustrated with relevant figures and/or tables supporting the key message of the abstract, optional acknowledgements and references.
- The abstract must not exceed 2 pages in A4 format (i.e., 29.7 cm high and 21 cm wide, all margins 2.5 cm) but cannot be shorter than one full page.
- The abstract must be typed in Times New Roman, 11 pts, single-spaced. Please, do not type in columns and do not frame the text. Please, submit your paper as single document (including figures/tables) written in Microsoft Word file.

Abstracts will be reviewed by the reviewers and its decision will be announced to authors by the end of April, 2019. The decisions will be based upon evaluation of the abstract’s scientific quality. If your abstract is accepted, please make sure to register & finish your payment for the conference by July 31st, 2019 (early bird registration until May
31, 2019). Your abstract might not be included in the conference materials if the secretariat cannot confirm your registration & payment by July 31st, 2019!
Once the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors must register for the conference and present the paper at the conference
