Poster presentation guidelines

The useable area of poster boards are 230 cm high and 95 cm wide, vertical orientation. The most preferred paper size is A0. The posters must be not higher than 140 cm. The text in the poster should be visible from a distance of 1 m. The organizers will provide suitable adhesive materials as well as onsite assistance will be available to help an author to display poster. Presenting authors should print their posters based on the requirements listed above.

The poster boards will be available for the authors throughout the conference. Photographing or videoing at any of poster sessions is allowed only with the permission of the author. Posters should be removed between 13:00-14:00 on Friday. Posters not collected by this time will be removed by the conference organizers and recycled.

CAGG2019 organizers does not print posters on behalf of presenters. There will be no materials available for last minute preparations at the conference.

Oral presentation guidelines

Oral presentations must not exceed 20 minutes including discussion and must use PowerPoint or be prepared in pdf format. All presentations must be given in English, which is the official language of the conference.
